Authorize.Net must be having a mega-quarter. In order for Authorize.Net to account for all of the suprise revenue gains, Authorize.Net would have to process around $300 million above and beyond the 20%+ growth in transaction volume that management had anticipated. In 4Q, Authorize.Net grew its transaction volume 40% on a quarterly sequential basis. I guess that Authorize.Net's quarterly sequential growth for 1Q2002 will be around 50%. Their new business announced in the second and third quarters last year may still be kicking in. Also, this is the second time in the last couple months that Infospace increased expected near term revenue guidance. They also did on their last earnings conference call.

Good Day--
