Crowley Data Continues Nationwide Rollout Begun in Early 2000
SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 5, 2002--Netro Corporation (Nasdaq:NTRO - news), a leading provider of broadband wireless access systems, today announced that as a result of successful ongoing deployments of its AirStar System to wireless telecommunications service provider Crowley Data Poland, a company owned by Crowley Technologies, L.L.C., the Crowley system has reached the milestone of covering 80% of the urban areas around Warsaw, Gdansk and four other major cities in Poland, all with Broadband Wireless Access. Netro has been supplying AirStar product to Crowley Data for their DATASTAR network since early 2000.
