1) shake magazine over waste basket***

2) ruthlessly thumb thru the mag and throw away all remaining cards and glued in ad inserts - do not read or pay attention to contents (thus showing "them" what you think of their ads)

3) go to center fold of mag and remove all center pages that have ads on all sides

4) inspect both covers, and rip off any double fold ads

5) now recline and read peacefully

*** you personally may want to shake over your warming fire
and thus profitfrom the inserts
