Just joking, Velo...IBM is a good short, both technically and fundamentally, IMO. Got a 50-200 MA crossover, rejection at resistence, and a horribly underfunded pension situation.

EDIT: OTOH, the bullish argument (I suppose) is that it's forming a nice inverse H&S with a neckline at 109-ish, but if one used a tight stop on the short that would not be a terribly worrisome situation.
