I think that CRUS Investors have developed an emotional attachment to this stock and have held it through the deep decline. The more the price falls, the more they will sell, putting yet more downward pressure on price. That's why I think it will drop below 10. Although I wish I had shorted at 61, it is still a great time to short (I started at $19 and have kept shorting as the price has fallen.

This stock won't reach its bottom until today's investors are SCARED at such a low price. People think 16 a share is low but OK. They can't imagine $8 for example. But that is how low the price will go before all of these people dump their shares, scared that the company will go belly up and continue to drop further. At that point, it will be time to cover the shorts.

It will be the mirror opposite of what happened to CRUS last summer as people bid it up frenetically--they could not for the life of them imagine anything other than a rising price!

Unitl people start to sear of this stock (and other tech stocks), other buyers (i.e. the smart money) won't come back in.
