Peter,

You wrote: "To properly understand this agreement we would need also to see the agreement between MAS and CTI."

You asked for it -- you got it:

sec.gov

About the only difference is that this covers . . .

>>1.18 "OTHER MARKETS" shall mean all Laboratories doing bioanalytical or
biological measurements or assays which are not part of the Life Sciences Market
or the Drug Discovery Market.<<

>>1.6 "CTI FIELD OF USE" shall mean the scope of the grant to CTI set
forth in Sections 2.1(a), 2.1(b) and 2.1(c) herein.<<

In section 2, the language is exactly the same if one substitutes "Other Markets" for "Life Science Markets."

Edit: Of course, one has to swap "CTI" and "Illumesys" in the parts concerning the Drug Discovery Market, too, but that makes no difference.

So what do you mean by "I'm guessing Lumicyte has the CTI rights?"

I don't know if you searched the AACR program use "SELDI" in the field. Much more than ovarian cancer is being done with multiple biomarkers, it would appear. I don't think the public at large has done the search, either. Watching CIPH closely for weakness, because I'm thinking that AACR will be big for it (in contrast to a statement I made before doing that search myself, in which I said I liked CIPH in the $4 range; I no longer see that kind of weakness, I'm talking nibbling in the low $6s and below now). Only problem is can't figure out whose customers are presenting papers. CIPH has a list of both academic and commercial customers in its S-1. I think I will try to match them with presenters tonight. I will post my findings.

Cheers, Tuck
