Followup: If you do the search described at the bottom of the previous post, you will find 17 presentations at AACR involving SELDI. All 17 are affiliated with Ciphergen customers, as matched by the customer list in the S-1, case studies from the CIPH website, or obvious reference to the chips used in the body of the abstract. A couple involve looking for multiple pathways. The rest involve biomarkers for various cancers: Breast Ovarian Prostate Renal Cell Carcinoma Transitional Cell Carcinoma Colon Lung Bladder Plus one dealing with hypoxia, and another dealing with carcinogens in cooked meat.
