I believe Susan Smith is insane as well. That doesn't mean I believe she should not receive capital punishment. To the contrary, she & Andrea Yates are such a threat to the lives of any children born to them, they should either be rendered sterile or receive capital punishment in order to insure they cannot kill their offspring again.
