Anyone travelling more than 7 mi over the posted speed limit, at any time of the day, should be given a hefty fine--the first time. With license suspension starting with 2nd speeding ticket. License revoked permanently after 4 speeding tickets.

There's no other way to make the highways safe. For the most part, humans change their reckless & selfish habits only when they must suffer the consequences of their action. The troopers need to enforce the law.....then we would see fewer immature speeding imbeciles.
