I am against the merger because I don't believe cpq has anything to offer that HP couldn't do themselves from scratch. Having said that, once this thing was announced and the executives spent so much time planning and promoting it, the fact that it won't go through will be worse in the forseeable future than if it did happen. A lose, lose all the way around for everybody imo. L
