Hey impristine,

Being a tad bit thin skinned aren't we? <gg> I ran into Mayor Jerry Brown at the U.S. Conference of Mayors up in Seattle in June, 2000. He impressed me greatly. While most of the other mayors were schmoozing each other, Jerry was diligently running his administration by cell phone in between conference sessions, one of which he very eloquently keynoted. Oakland's a fine city and it is in good hands.
