pricing continues to drop in China. In my recent checks in China, the street price for C-Cube chips are down to the mid teens. Perhaps this issue has already been reviewed on this board but a drop to the mid teens from an original pricing of the mid twenties is significant. The bulk of C-Cube sales are still currently VCD chips not DVD yet. I may be wrong, but this coming quarter cannot look good. Peter Piper (your electronic plumber)
