This sure reads like the blind leading the blind. What an amateurish joke.
They issue a press release to say that they have been told that the money has been wired, but, guess what, it has not arrived. Of course, the only reasonable conclusion, IMO, is that it has not been wired. Do they reach that conclusion? No. Instead, they suggest that since they have been provided with a copy of wiring instructions, it must be true. Of course, I could give my bank instructions to wire $2 million from an account with only $5,000 and then claim that it was "en route" even though it was never going to be sent because there was not enough money to fund it.
One has to wonder why "repeated reassurances" are necessary unless, duh, it is not likely to happen. I have some repeated assurances of drying swamp land in Florida. Think they will buy it? Only with stockholders money -- not their own. Maybe we can agree to a letter of intent (for PR purposes) to develop and manufacture their stuff in the Florida and Louisiana swamps after our patented technology dries them up. Alligator Interests will surely fund it -- and they will repeatedly promise and reassure.
