Bob:. Maybe the two companies now backing AAPL - MOT & IBM

- but reluctantly as they both , maybe all three , would like to see a FTC consent decree for both INTC and MSFT first.

MSFT may have delayed Memphis (Win/97 in a NT format) to keep AAPL around as it seems currently intent on doing NOVL in ;

IBM needs more time after shedding its consent decree but it along with MOT will not permit its PowerPC to fall into unfriendly hands.

Remember Goldman & Sachs has been ordered to prevent the unthinkable .
AAPL will make it and Rhapsody will be a acceptable UNIX for everyman.

Regards to the loyal , Jim K.
