Yep. If X was really interested in an apology, SHE would have answered. She'd rather be a victim. I got a PM from another member of the VRWC last night linking me to X's new and improved profile. You ought to check it out.

Once I figured out that X wasn't going to answer your question, I did, in an even and constructive tone.

Really? You speak for X? Are you on retainer?

I suggest it would be appropriate for X to answer the question herself since she made the request for an apology. That way there won't be any misunderstandings.
That's my point. No federal case involved.
