Actually, it was serendipity. It looked as though DIO might have been halted at the open. Smart people would go the exchange or Briefing.com or some such. Had I done that, I wouldn't have found the letter.

Anyhow, an active message board -- such as Yahoo's -- always has folks keeping an eye on halts. For instance, VPHM is halted in front of today's FDA committee vote on Pleconaril. And that was on the Yahoo board, but not on ours. You have to wade through acres of drek, but you find nuggets.

Someone on the Yahoo DIO board made reference to a warning letter, so I went looking myself.
