It is well known that USRX dominates the store shelves. They don't dominate the OEM market however. Not everyone goes to Circuit City to buy a modem. Most get a modem included (OEM) when they buy a new computer. Most of those OEM modems are Rockwell. Also, there are several manufacturers who use Rockwell chips (K56Flex) in their modems, so you could be buying a modem with a Rockwell chipset and not even know it.
