I would bet money (actually I am by being long) that the reaction to the Fed change of bias to neutral will be positive

I would have to say that one would have to be a pragmatic optimist about market if one is going to be bullish. Major averages are not going to post more than 1% realizable gain per month on average. So every bullish rally should be an opportunity for profit taking.
