Hi Ann,

I've examined the U.S. war rackets budgets and those of the other nations of the world. This coming year, if Bush gets his way, we will be spending more money on war than the next nine nations combined.

We're over the top. War budgets don't solve the problem of terrorists in our midst. It's a mal-adaptive solution, unless, as with the Bush family, there's a profit in it.
