I really like I2 but there are 400mm shares outstanding. WAY too much. Manu has 70mm outstanding (or maybe, slightly less). Additionally, Manu has emerged as the leader against I2 in this revenue/profit optimization area (where it tells you how to price when your product is housed in all these virtual warehouses across the supply chain)... heres an article on that,

So, overall product-wise manu has the ball right now and thats never been true before, manu was always an also-ran to i2 in the past.

Add this together and I like manu better but if manu goes up too much more I'll look at i2...still don't like the outstanding shares though.
