I owned a lot of KOSP but sold about 50% when they elected not to partner a few months back. So I still have a fair-sized holding. The drug clearly works very well, but they really need a partner to market it effectively and there are also significant patent concerns. But this is such a huge market that the stock is likely cheap despite these issues.
