My guess is that TIC did indeed instruct the bank to wire the money, but the account could be frozen...anyone investing in this turd is either lobotomized or dirty, my guess is TIC is dirty. mob money? terrorist money? I don't know...but with a pedigree as scummy as sCamDDD's maybe its a little of both.
