ROCK BOTTOM CHEAP @2.40/SH OCPI is a major components player for the metro sector, and metro will be the first sector reviving, probably way ahead of backbone/long haul. They actually have earnings and are loaded with cash, and have 140 plus customers. Its definitely a compelling situation for value tech buyers I bought first position this a.m for long hold
