I would love to review the data of their phase III trial to see how different the drugs are. In prescribing a drug, a physician must take many things into account. Efficacy, side effect, drug interaction profile, and cost all must be taken into account. If the efficacy is marginally different, and the side effect profile also is different, then, it is not wrong to make a choice that is significantly cheaper. There are lots of examples of this process on a daily basis in every hospital.
Don't get me wrong, I am eyeing SEPR for several reasons, but this is a concern of mine. I am also trying to figure out what a fair price to pay is.
