still IS a 10% premium for the ARBS on the table

BTW - As a CPQ & merger supporter, I'm getting a lot of congratulatory calls from my 'friends' - the deal is RIGHT, the timing is RIGHT, the leaders 'are' RIGHT --- now they MUST do the RIGHT things QUICKLY --- we will be REWARDED quite nicely by year-end !!
