Same scam in Japan right now, governments manipulating stock markets.

That short selling rule that got implemented is not a big deal. In addition, the new proposal for monthly totals of short interest should not be market moving.

That is just transparency.

You have to admit the size of the Nikei rally is huge and could be good for the US markets if some decide to reallocate out of that market and into others that have not moved lately (US and Europe).

btw--all bubbles eventually burst but think it is too early for a repeat of 2000 on the Nasdaq. Maybe give it a few months to bubble just like the Nikei.
