it's about 14% in Eastern Loudoun here, thanks to Worldcom, Sprint, AOL, and the dot-coms. lots of houses, mansions, stores, and dealerships going up though. The federal government seems to have more collateral effects than targeted impact whenever they try to restrain or to resuscitate the economy.
