No, I don't think it's irrelevant. It is another negative story in a long line of negative stories about the books. And I don't think Elan wants to respond to any story about accounting as long as the SEC still has an open investigation. When the faithful's only hope is a buyout, then you better watch your proverbial ass. Bill
