Ram,

- Q4/01 revenues were $16.6m. Q1/02 will bring new o&g into production generating additional revenues per qtr. So optimistically I have projected revenues to be $60-70m for 2002.
- Q4/01 earnings were 4.7m, so on an annualized basis the earnings could be in the range of $12m-14m and hence the cash flow could be about $16m.

I know this is very optimistic, but the scenario is possible.
