There you go again!

Show me a post of mine where I thought Saddam Hussein was a great guy and was fully justified in all he did and/or wants to do.

As I said earlier, you got your wires crossed! Seems your cockeyed vision has got you to mistake me for someone else.
As I have said before, this is not surprising.

By the way, Kuwait was originally a part of Iraq. It was carved out as a separate entity by the British. I am not saying whether I agree with Saddam's policies. But it is certainly very understandable that he wants to annex Kuwait as it was originally a part of Iraq itself. And the desire of the West and its allies in the Middle East to keep Kuwait separate is also equally understandable, not just because Kuwait is oil-rich. And the demonization of Saddam and his counter demonization of the West are equally understandable. In any story, there are two sides.
