I have placed my updated excel file in a public location if anyone wants to take a look at it. It has several charts, including ones showing combined asset levels for NDX and SPX, and even one I was fooling with that tries to combine the QQV into things. The NDX still looks to be at bullish levels as far as I can see, while the SPX is moving down into more historically neutral levels.

P.S. If anyone knows how to have these charts update automatically when I enter a new row of data into the main sheet, let me know!
