The Mystery Company.Gee Who could this company be? Dear Investor,
This story starts with my recent journey thousands of
miles from home...

...through a country still a mystery to most Americans.
One that gets little attention in the financial press
-- but one whose growth boom gives you true fortune-
building potential.

THAT COUNTRY is India, one billion people strong with
growth accelerating to at least 5% this year. And the
best way to profit is through its explosive wireless
communications industry. Not by risking money on some
direct Indian connection -- but by owning the American
JUGGERNAUT, fast-becoming the Microsoft of the
wireless world.

You see, the Indian government has deregulated the
industry -- and the country is making HUGE investments
in telecom now. Some of that will go to cable-based
systems. But a large chunk will flow into more-easily
deployed WIRELESS systems -- the communications mode
of choice in the developing world.

Since1996, for example, China's cell-subscriber base
has SOARED more than 3,000%. And today, India starts
from a similarly low-base -- with equal growth
potential.

Next generation technologies are set to trigger a new
wireless profit boom in the U.S., Japan and Europe.
But the really SPECTACULAR PROFITS -- for wireless
companies and investors like us -- will come from
India, China, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the
rest of the developing world.

SO HOW, exactly, can YOU profit?

There's a big opportunity in handsets, where Motorola,
Nokia and Texas Instruments will all do well as sales
once again soar. But there's an even better way for
you to make a killing -- by owning the one company
that will profit from virtually EVERY new cell phone
sold.

Here, in brief, is the story.

THIS COMPANY'S wireless communications technology is
used in some 120 million cell-phones today. And going
forward, it will be used in virtually every phone and
handheld wireless device sold in the future.

Up to very recently, two competing technologies -- GSM
(Global System for Mobile communications) and CDMA
(Code Division Multiple Access) -- were still in the
running for wireless supremacy across the globe. They
were battling to become the standard for next
generation cell phones -- featuring Internet access,
email, instant messaging and other broadband
applications.

But this company's CDMA technology has won out.

THE BIG NAMES in telecommunications -- from handset
makers to service providers -- are all jumping on this
bandwagon now...even though some had vowed they never
would. Cell phone makers, like Ericsson and Nokia,
had been pushing their own technologies. But they
finally caved and moved over to CDMA. The most
innovative service providers, like Sprint PCS, are
charging ahead with CDMA, too.

Why? Because there is no alternative that works even
half as well.

CDMA takes speech and data and converts it to digital
form. The carriers like Sprint love it, because they
can squeeze many more calls onto the same airways
without any drop in quality. In fact, even at higher
volume, call quality is much better than competing
technologies offer.

Your voice sounds clear as a bell. Dropped calls
become rare. And e-mail, instant messaging and full
Internet access all become easy and fast. Simply put,
CDMA is filet mignon while GSM is just hamburger.

And that means a GRAVY TRAIN of profits for the
innovative company that developed the digital CDMA
technology. These guys are the "Microsoft" of cell
phone operating systems.

Nokia and the other phone makers are introducing what
is called 2.5G ("G" for "generation") phones right
now. CDMA technology will capture nearly 40% of that
market. In 2004 -- or possibly as late as 2005 --
phone makers will introduce their 3G products now in
development. All these phones -- 100% -- are based on
CDMA technology.

AND the company I'm recommending today, profits two
ways. First, it gets paid for every CDMA chip that
goes into each cell phone. In that way, it's just
like Intel getting paid for every Pentium that goes
into a personal computer.

But in this case, the story gets EVEN BETTER.

This company also earns a recurring revenue stream in
the form of royalties. Any company that markets CDMA-
based cell phones must license the technology and pay
royalties on a quarterly basis, too.

And thanks to sales of new phones in the U.S. and
Europe, plus explosive growth in developing markets
like China and India, this company's earning WILL
SOAR.

That's why traders are already running this stock
hard. It's up 31% in March so far!
But this stock still has miles to run-short-term and
for years to come. To start, I expect to easily
DOUBLE our money from here by this time next year.

P.S. At the height of the tech boom, this stock hit
$200 a share -- that's about a 400% GAIN from here.
Could it reach those lofty heights again? Yes, it
could -- not immediately, but over the next several
years, as its technology is used in every new cell
phone made.

My near-term target is a double within twelve months,
then it's onwards and upwards from there. So check
