DNA evidence should be a requirement, and it's hard to appeal against that.

My state is really resisting doing DNA tests for those on death row and others. I don't understand that. The least we can do for a convicted murders or rapists who still proclaim their innocence is to run a DNA test. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
