I find Doug and Bill both lacking any real knowledge of markets.. I don't hate them, I just hate the grand standing that both seem to think they can take. I missed the C-span crap, and sure it would be crap anyways. The rumours that they spread about derivatives is , well to say the least insulting to those who know that most of the positions are just double spreads, butterflies, or hedging. Not all things need go up if a derivative WAS to die a cruel death. But like their lame advisors they only assume that Enron, or anyone else for that matter MUST always be short the metal. It's a common fallicy amonst those that don't understand markets. Shit, I'm had options on ABX placed at different times and expirations in the past that Guarntee me 0% risk and only profit as long as the stock shows a 5% volaitily. And man if I had the money like the Enron had, I could make those equities hit both the high end and low end, while taking out the middle ground as my own. And all without ever shorting a stock. And that's what's been going on for YEARS now. It's NEVER been about where gold is, or what it's value is... it'a all about RANGES. I could never kiss the asses of the like of Chris Powell or that Ven____ guy who print constant mis-information and spout it as being truth. THEY LIE and Decieve..
