When you say "The priority" you doubtless mean the Federal Government's priority. In otherwords our government should solve our problem. A. It's not their job. B. You are talking about reengineering a vast swath of the American economy. And you want to give this job to the folks who approve flight training for terrorists, and can't master the fundamentals of bookkeeping? Where does this faith in the ability of bureaucrats come from? It honestly mystifies me. The priority should be on developing alternative energy sources since that is the road to total independence for U.S.
