It is always easy to let the age have its head; the difficult thing is to keep one's own.

Too bad G.K.C. was Catholic, he made so much sense otherwise. I think he was Catholic simply to fight the Anglicans et al. who exist to protest the Catholic Church which is the last bastion of the Roman world and which has little to do with Christ outside of keeping him nailed on the cross for 2,000+ years.
