I don't wish to seem indelicate here, but isn't that the same Mr. Joseph of the Smith-Barney Brokerage firm, that's owned by Citicorp, that made the buy recommendations to its depositors to buy the stoock of Enron, who before their clients, the depositors, had had their money in insured bank deposits, that were bait and switched into purchases of Enron stock, who while the brokerage company was recommending that the depositors take the money out of the government insured accounts and buy the stock, either directly or through one of their own mutual funds, while the parent citi corp was forclosing on its loans and dumping the Enron stock on the Market, and when they ran out of stock to dump, they shorted it against their own clients, that claimed that "they" collectively didn't know about the loans that "they" collectively were making to Enron, ...that Mr. Joseph?????

Personally, I consider it an honour that he downgraded intel.
