Sorry, but you said that the bonds convert to 61.31 shares of common stock, and they are priced at 37 dollars currently? Wouldn't this be $37.00 / 61.31 = $.603 dollars per share not $6.03 as you stated. This of course would also be more in line with the present value of the stock.

I agree with Patricia, the bonds sound like a good deal at present value. (At least compared to the stock, since they convert at a cheaper price and also have a yield...)
