Brian,

Tx for the clarification on this options strategy. I understand all of it now. I do hope of course that the stock goes up to 15 in anticipation of earnings, but I doubt that it will IMHO b/c of the last quarter. I think the stockholders will be more inclined to say "Show me the money," before bumping up the stock, but who knows for sure as most of us are optimists at heart, I think. I might follow this strategy in the future if it plays out the same again this time around. I am though quite positive on the long term growth opportunities that OO has. I also think that Jannard may want to take the company private. Why else for him to buy buy buy? He already has tens of millions of shares. Enough is enough. Why more OO? After all, other companies have excellent growth opportunities too. It only makes sense to me that he's purchasing even more shares to take the company private, but again who knows (He does). If he does take the company private, he'll have to pay a premium on the outstanding shares and the more he has when/if it goes private again, the less money he'll pay on a premium basis for the balance since the balance will be less.

Anyway, thanks for the info/technique.
