Intentionally violating the rules of evidence does not stand one in good stead, especially not in Federal Circuit Court.

defining what "hearsay" is not violating the rules of evidence... the judge will decide what is hearsay and what is not.... she said a couple of items were hearsay, and others not....

one man's "hearsay" is another man's smoking gun... trying to make it look like the attorney was sneaking something in, is a little more than naive....
