I dunno. Was thinking about El cliffo = el tanko = 900 NDX by summer. Nah, not going to happen tomorrow. But the bond leak may become critical any moment. With 20% inflation, as measured by MZM, I wonder why foreigners are keeping dollars (cash-yielding < 2%). What if the foreign money sees uncle Al's big plot and just wants out? I think there will be attempts to patch the leak using derivatives, but if this BK really starts, uncle Al will be totally impotent. He prints - and it drops more! He increases rates, and the money flees bonds, stocks, and real estate. A total nightmare. Until there is value in those, of course.
