Bad news for Vince (and some more for us). Has anybody been reading the OMDA board? Investors there just discovered that Lanza corporation has been illegal since 1999. Of course, Lanza has been dumping millions of shares day after day and week after week and month after month anyway. Today the volume was 72,894,900. But I guess it'll be closed down after this latest news.
Read the posts today over there by latluck. He called the Delaware Secretary of State today and got an earful.

JayneNLanza, you assured us several times in the past that the only interest you and your husband had in WORI was as investors. However, the posts by Mike McKinsey and Vince Palmieri have proven that you deliberately lied to us.
McKinsey posted on this board that WORI belongs to you and your husband, who have been running everything, along with your husband's son Mario. Since McKinsey was your president, he was certainly in a position to know.
Palmieri admitted on this board that it has been Joe Lanza he's been negotiating with regarding a possible merger of his own company with WORI and that it is a Lanza company.

This morning someone posted a message under my screen name, JayneNLanza on this message board. The post was not made by me personally and I have contacted my legal counsel and will be contacting Raging Bull immediately with notification someone is using my RB account in an attempt to impersonate me and posting fatuous messages.
It is lamentable that certain individuals have such inconsequential meaning in their lives that they find exhilaration impersonating me on Raging Bull.
Whoever was the culprit, I suggest you seek some sort of medical treatment for your warped mentality.

I just finished talking to my State Attorney General about OMDA and your familys involvement, based on the fact that your corporate charter has been in default since 1999, I would say your going to have much more dire problems than 1 of your many aliases being used.

Mrs. Lanza we're not concerned about your earlier post today. That was a bland, pointless message that would certainly have not been posted by anyone trying to hurt you. A hacker would have written something quite different, AS YOU KNOW.
What we ARE concerned about is the series of posts you made here some time ago insisting that you and Joseph Lanza were only investors in WORI.
