Considering the nice round number, 100k shares, and the bid is at the last trade price .13c, I think this is just someone who just got tired of waiting and just dumped. Being PI, I suspect that it was a U.S. investor, which is of no significance but thought I would make that comment anyways :-)

I thought I'd never see < .20c.

P.S. At these prices, it's time to fill the closet :-) I think I'll leave a low bid and see if anything like this happens again.
