Well if any of you still follow here I hope to have a more useful update by the end of the week. The package I was talking about a month or so ago has not died nor has the company. It appears simply that the fellow who has the 3 properties in question is interested in doing a deal, just is not in any great rush. He travels all over the world, Vancouver being one of his haunts, and has been transacting the business in pieces whenever he is in town. The next visit was expected sometime this week when I spoke with Jim Bond last wednesday, so hopefully we will have a progress report sometime soon. Have a good week all! Also on a minor note, apparently David Krenbrink has been shopping his wares around some other VSE companies, Bomax is aware of this and intends to use it as leverage to get their money back.
