VISA participation in the IRS credit card program was announced Wednesday. Taxpayers now may use any of the four major credit cards--VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card--for federal tax payments. (JCC) Mark.. the things happening debt-wise are unprecedented.. Without a doubt there will be a real depression in the not too distant future. Nothing is more captive than debt..
