well, I was WRONG about the Nas holding the 1850 level. Broke through there yesterday. There are now several potential pivot points between here and the 1790's. I still believe long entry's here on a good number of tech stocks will be rewarded by decent gains over the next 6 weeks. They may go a little lower, but I dont think much.
As to the specifics of the options experiment, well, not so hot right now. Yesterday was not good. AETH is the least likely to pay off at this point, but there is time so we shall see. CHKP and GNSS are now significantly out of the money ($35 and $30 respectively), but if I am right about a significant upward move soon, these should be salvagable, though I clearly could have bought them at much lower levels than I did. But that's what this little thread is for...my personal record of how, why and when I went wrong. I hope it will prove to be of some value going forward, even if I lose all the money (very little) here.
