This puts Jackson's acceptance of all the hearsay eMails in stark contrast to what this judge will properly allow and won't allow as evidence.

see what i mean, Dowd here is trying to tell another judge what is hearsay and what is not, even after the trial is done...... it is up to the judge...... like it or not.....

by the way Dowd, i'll give you a hint, those findings of fact that the appeals court upheld are set in stone now.... this judge is not going to change them, and she isn't going to throw any out...... as a matter of fact, she is going to use them.... and NONE of them are looking good for MSFT in this phase.....

and those things you said were hearsay, are not.... and this judge does and willingly so, accept them as not hearsay... whether you like what they say or not.....
