yes, i agree: on MOT going forward will be good. not semi part but telecomm: I think mexico and latin america and india needs a lots of cell phones etc. as these countries don't have infrastructure in place for a normal phone. amd should have announced warning, i feel bad for amd investors. * VG, good calls on intel so far. Are you a doctor or an analyst? * Motorola Inc (MOT) 82 1/2 +2 1/8: semiconductor chip and telecommunications equipment company reports 2nd qtr net of $0.62 a share, a nickel ahead of estimates and vs yr-ago's $0.54 a share. The $0.62 a share figure excludes a pre-tax charge of $0.18 a share
