Yes, but if you think about it, she can't say forever, and if she said "stay with Intel", that implies a long, long time also. All we can do is wait and see. Thing is that by the time Hammer is out, Compaq and the other big OEMs will have a whole new line of servers out there on the 2 flavors of new Xeons, and McKinley based servers will be out also, or very well along in development. They'd like to reap some profits, so will they start anew on Hammer based? Especially with the HP-Compaq merger, their marching orders will probably be to complete what they have, or combine similar servers, not start something brand new.
