When I posted a note earlier questioning whether someone had in fact called the top, I suspected I'd get a least one testy reply, LG. Anything the least bit critical is seen as heresy, apostasy.

The fact is that if I'd posted a bullish note on the afternoon before a correction the next day, I sure wouldn't be inclined to congratulate myself for calling a top.

There seems to be such a deep-rooted reluctance to confront facts when it comes to TA. Speculation and the haphazard pseudo-science of TA seem to depend more on belief than on anything else.

Now if the market goes up again, we'll get another revision, no doubt. That wasn't a top. It was consolidation before a breakout to the upside. Whatever.

Anyway, Hare Krishna. Wanna buy some flowers and a booklet on TA prophecies and miracles?
